The CIMSAL. - Trade and Industry Milling and Refining Santa Cecilia Ltda, salt industry founded in 1974, has Matrix Areia Branca / RN, and branches in Mossoro / RN, Fortaleza / CE and São Bernardo do Campo / SP, aims the social contract the production, extraction, milling and refining sea salt.
The industrial park is formed by the Salinas Rhinestones and Uirapuru. That in addition to production activity and extraction of sea salt by solar evaporation, is structured with modern refining processes and product grinding salt to meet the diverse consumer market segment, in particular: food, feed and chemical industry.
With approximately 3,000 hectares production area, it is among the five largest producers of salt by solar evaporation of Brazil. Reaching a production of over 600 thousand tons of salt per year, making it a national reference company.
