In industry general practice is to produce steam at higher pressure than that demanded by process requirements. Steam passes through pressure-reducing valves (PRVs, also known as letdown valves) at various locations in the steam distribution system to let down or reduce its pressure. This is potential area of waste energy recovery.<br />

We have developed Small and Micro steam turbines that can perform the same pressure-reducing function as PRVs while converting steam energy into useful electrical energy.<br />

Applicability<br />
Packaged  as per client requirements and are now available in ratings as low as 1 kW.  These small and micro turbine is generally installed in parallel with the PRV.<br />
