Amorphous Refined Sugar<br />
Sugar from the refinery; it has an undefined microcrystalline structure, with fine granulometry and high dissolution capacity.<br />
It is used for the União brand.<br />
Centesimal composition:<br />
- 0.30% water<br />
- Sucrose 99.0%<br />
- Glucose and Fructose 0.50%<br />
- Ashes 0.20%<br />

Crystal Sugar<br />
Sugar coming directly from the Plant, in crystallized form.<br />
Crystal sugar is obtained from the process of concentration and crystallization of sucrose, using sugarcane juice as a substrate.<br />
After crushing the sugar cane, the juice obtained from it is subjected to a chemical and thermal treatment to remove impurities.<br />
At the end of the treatment, the sucrose concentration process begins, this process consists of removing the water contained in the broth, that is, the clarified broth (which has already undergone chemical and thermal treatment) has around 83% water, the rest it's sucrose.<br />
