Metalúrgica Schadek Ltda. is a Brazilian company that was established in 1965 to serve the automobile industry by providing pressure-cast parts in alloys such as aluminum, magnesium and zamak, which were designed and produced on demand based on drawings or samples provided by the customers.

Going along with the growth of the Brazilian auto industry and an increasing demand for aftermarket parts of the domestic market, in 1968 Metalúrgica Schadek started to manufacture engine oil pumps, and after a short while became the fastest growing company in the industry and one of the leading oil pump manufacturers in Brazil.
