PAYMENT: The payment method we work is LC or DLC 100% cash on counter shipping documentation. (Top 50 seat)

Send us your final buyer's LOI (Letter of Intent) or ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order), this document must be on buyer's letterhead and must be signed and sealed by the buyer and include buyer's bank details to allow later the supplier to verify the buyer's financial standing.

Because we only cater to large volumes and the payment method we offer, we require the presentation of the buyer's BCL (Bank Capability or Comfort Letter) or RWA (Ready, Willing and Able).

After confirming financial standing, confidentiality agreements are signed, when applicable, NCNDA, and FCO (Corporate Full Offer) and Contract Draft are issued.

 Once the buyer and suppliers have agreed and signed the pro forma invoice, FCO and / or contract, the business is executed in accordance with the terms of the contract.

All we do in the early stages is informal information exchange designed to ensure that when the time for written and legally binding commitments is assumed by the seller and the buyer, all terms and conditions are not only perfectly understood, but have been met. . accepted by both parties.
