How to use

- Frequency: at any time of the day or night and, mainly, after a stressful day at work, after an aerobic physical activity, in a state of anxiety and before attending a meeting.

- In the shower after bathing: after sanitizing with the soap of your choice [we indicate the use of liquid soap], rinse with clean water and, in the wet body, apply small amounts of Lotion on the whole body, except on the face, gently massaging. Leave the product to act for up to 30 seconds or more and dry with soft towel WITHOUT rinsing first.

- Soaking baths in common bathroom: fill the bath with hot or warm water and place approx. 15 ml. lotion shaking with your hands until you form a uniform milky solution (the product does not foam). Stay in the water in a complete relax. Massage the whole body gently with a sponge or with palms. The ideal time is 20 minutes or more, depending on the convenience. When leaving do not rinse. Dry with soft towel. The use of soaps during bathing is dispensed with.

- In the hot tub: perform the same procedures as above, but, put 20 ml. of the product, do not need to shake with your hands, as the jets will form a uniform milky solution.
