Complex flavors ranging from fruity and citrus to chocolate and caramel, with 80 points or more on the SCAA table, 100% Arabic. Amazonito coffee is made of beans from the southern region of the Minas Gerais, mainly from Poços de Caldas and surroundings. The soil of volcanic origin, rich in minerals and nutrients, together with its sulphurous and crystalline waters form a Terroir extremely favorable to the production of coffees of complex flavors, sweetness and softness of singular characteristics. The main cultivated varieties in the region are Bourbon Amarelo, Catuaí, Icatú, Acaiá and Mundo Novo.
