ASMUSSEN

Uvaia is a small and round fruit and its color varies from yellow to orange. The usual size is 2 to 4 cm in diameter, with an average weight of 20g, the fruit has about 80% pulp, containing one to three large seeds. The peel of the fruit is thin and can be consumed along with the pulp. Uvaia has a taste that combines sweet and sour.

The pulp is made solely with the fruits, discarding seeds and peel. It should be maintained at -20ºC.
