How it works:
The molten material drops through the material distributor onto a steel strip that moves at a constant speed. According to the characteristics of the material and process requirements, there are spin, rotation, reciprocating, gate types to choose from. According to the characteristics of the material and the requirements of use, it can be distributed in the form of discontinuous drops, continuous strips, full-width spills, and other distribution forms such as hemispherical, striped, flaky and so on.
