Hereby we provide the comprehensive solution for collecting MSW M(municipal Solid Waste) up to production and distribution of electricity.<br />
We can provide a proposal for a complete system that contains MSW Plant and Electricity Production Plant:<br />
- Collecting the MSW in the region/city.<br />
- MSW Processing plant to RDF<br />
- MW Electric Power Plant<br />
- Garbage Compacter Trucks<br />
- Garbage containers<br />
The collection of MSW (garbage) can be done immediately.<br />
The delivery and price include also the construction of the buildings.<br />
Systems with much larger capacity beside the 100TPD are available in size OF:<br />
- 300TPD + 5MW<br />
- 900TPD + 14MW<br />
- 1000TPD + 20MW<br />
- 5000TPD + 80MW or 140MW<br />
- Larger size upon request.<br />
To give you an idea of the Waste to Energy supply hereby some calculations related to the Project:<br />
For each 1 MW :<br />
- MSW 3 Ton per hour processing<br />
- RDF 1,5 Ton per hour as fuel<br />
- Electricity 1000kW.h<br />
- 100 Ton MSW can result in about 46,7153 ton pellets<br />
The pellets that are not needed for production of electricity can be sold on the world market to obtain cash flow. Current price for RDF pellets is € 35/ton and increasing.
