In order to remain in the beverage market Mr. Luís Albuquerque since 1979 Asa Branca started the company, formerly known as M. Brothers Albuquerque where Bottled and distributed Brandy KDUK.
Initially the wine was transported in wooden barrels of 200 liters for its headquarters in Fortaleza which was standardized and bottled with its own brand becoming pioneer in wine bottling of Ceará and keeping up today marks the gaucho has become a reference company.

In 1989 the company transferred its headquarters Asa Branca Maracanaú under management to his son Marcus gondim that due to his commitment and determination actively participated in the development of the company creating new products for different market niches. The company currently has the installed capacity to produce 1.5 million liters / month employing over five hundred direct and indirect employees in a built up area of ??3.875m ² having a range of 20 products and segments focusing their sales, especially in the states of Ceará, Piauí and Maranhão.
