Complementary Law No. 140, OF DECEMBER 8, 2011 <br />

Article 2 For the purposes of this Supplementary Act, are considered.: <br />
I - environmental licensing: the administrative procedure to license activities or users of environmental projects, or potentially polluting or likely resources, in whatever form, to cause environmental degradation; <br />
