General Description:
This equipment is capable of packing products
of different measures, ranging from 80mm
to 320 mm wide (the operator only needs
to change the shaper.)
The packaging material is polypropylene
bioriented (PPBO).
Unlike other packing machines available in
the market, this machine detects the product, and turns on automatically only when product
is present. This mechanism eliminates possible errors related to the feeding, or the risk of wasting film.
Its speed is constant but, the machine does not work when there is no product to pack.
Shoulders exchangeable for packaging different products.
Manual and automatic panel touch screen commands.
Security system,both for the machine and the operator.
Three-phase equipment.

Feeding Procedure:
The product is placed in an input belt against an adjustable lateral guide. Then the machine carries it up to an optical positioner which centers the product so that it will perfectly fit with the printed package. Once the product comes into the package shoulder shaper, it is pulled and longitudinally welded. Then the product is transversely sealed and, at the same time, cut into units.

Production:
The estimate production is about 45 packets per minute, when packing 125 mm-long products.
