This custom-made automatic edge banding machine is designed for edge banding processes using PUR adhesives. The ordinary edge banding machine is equipped with a rubber tank at the bottom, and this edge banding machine has a glue can, which is dedicated to PUR glue. In addition, compared with the E-70J model, this machine also adds a cleaning function to remove residual glue. It is an upgraded version of the edge banding machine made of wooden furniture such as cabinets.

1. The following functions can be automatically completed: pre-milling, gluing, edge banding, end cutting, rough repair, finishing, tracking and repairing, scraping, cleaning, polishing.
2. Equipped with a glue pot, PUR hot melt adhesive can be used. PUR adhesives have excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, water vapor resistance, chemical resistance and solvent resistance. Therefore, use PUR glue to seal the edge, the edge sealing effect is good, the glue line is narrow, and the mildew and moisture resistance are good.
3. The additional cleaning function of this edge banding machine can remove the residual glue of the edge banding and make the edge banding more smooth and beautiful.
4. Contour tracking and trimming function, you can trim the corners of the ribbon panel more smoothly. Self-designed tracking motion and airway stabilization tracking and rounding processes.
