The LOW JET Machine, is a Knitting Machine, manufactured to work with various types of articles, with a lower bath ratio ranging from 1:7 to 1:8, due to its jet being at the bottom of the equipment. It also has 3 different sets of Injectors to improve the performance of the Machine according to the article to be dyed, has lateral analog manometer, ball valve for lubrication control of the mechanical seal of the Internal Molinelo. In the Pipe connected to the Bath Box, there are 2 butterfly valves for control and regulation of the bath flow. It has 18 internal nozzles for machine washing. Fabric speed controlled by sensor seek-stitching, 400 m/min, being a rope with an average travel time of 2 minutes. The machine cover has quick closing opening with Interlock Switch connected to emergency stop control, according to NR12, and Pneumatic Actuator, to ensure greater safety to operators.

It also has 1/2" ball valve for depressurization, in the opening of the lid. The sealing rubber is silicone for high temperature, has pressurization channel for a better seal. The tanks have agitators designed for better mixing of salt and dye to be injected into the Machine. They also have covers, with Magnetic sensors, blocking the rotation of the agitator motor in its opening, the same connected to the CP-D, Emergency Stop Control. It has fixed protection screwed inside the tank, to avoid direct contact of the operator's hands on the agitator, in case of sensor failure, and electrodes of minimum and maximum level. The Machine also has high temperature magnetic sensors, for detection of mesh entangled, activating the frequency inverter in the opposite direction, for automatic detanglence.

It has a level bottle manufactured in 316L Stainless Steel, with ease for measuring the level of the bath by magnetic vanes, controlled by a buoy located internally in the tube. Its Minimum Level electrodes prevent the Pump from breaking dry, avoiding problems in pressure and dosing pumps. Machine works with Temperature of 130ºC, and pressure of 3.0BAR, because it is a pressure vessel, is manufactured according to international standards of pressure vessel - ASME Section VIII - DIV. I/2017, and its classification made according to Regulatory Standard NR13 - Pressure Vessels.

Your Panel is manufactured within the Regulatory Standard NR10 - Safety in installations and services in electricity. It has HMI Touch Screen easy to control. The Machine has several control sensors, including PT 100, Pressure Transmitter, Pressure, Pressure Gauges and Thermometers for a harmonic work, and controlled. It has vacuum valve, and safety valve calibrated for opening above the MACHINE PMTP.

External discharge reel with rubberized with protection, protective handrail and Marfinite floor.
