Our service Our services include, but are not limited to, managing various aspects of clients' buying operations at the sourcing site such as: Factory Evaluation We have a team of highly qualified professionals who conduct factory evaluations from time to time. Sourcing Solutions For our customers, the buyers, we qualify, select, and provide suppliers from our network of associates built up over many years or others who we turn to, based on our knowledge of the market and the people involved. As soon as a customer with a particular inquiry approaches us, it becomes our responsibility to identify the probable facilities that are in a position to produce the desired product. The inquiry is passed on to our list of probables, inviting prices, samples etc. We revert to our buyer customer with prices and other details after our own evaluation of the responses received from potential suppliers.     Sourcing Fabric   We have an extensive network of fabric suppliers that we work with, in Bangladesh as well as in China, Taiwan, Korea, Pakistan & India. Therefore, we control the quality of all fabric inputs, coordinate the timing of fabric procurement and import, and ensure the timely delivery of fabric to garment manufacturing units. Fabrics are tested for color fastness, fabric strength, flammability or any other parameters set by buyers to ensure product satisfaction. Most commonly used fabrics include denim, twills, cotton and poly/nylon/viscose blends; yarn dyed plaids, stripes, dobby’s, jacquards, herring bones, gaushibos, moss crepes, spandex yarn dyes, poly micro fibers, poly micro mesh, knit piques, interlocks, thermals, French terry, fleece, ribs, double mercerized etc.   Design Development BRANDTEX Corporationdevelops prototype patterns and samples, as well as approval samples and patterns. We do grading to all requisite size ranges and size sets. We also issue production markers ensuring the most judicial use of fabric, keeping in mind all the fabric specifications. Merchandising Merchandising starts as soon as we are approached with a particular inquiry. We understand that the basic responsibilities of merchandising encompass: Coordination between a buyer and the production facility Handling communications between them sourcing accessories for the buyer/facility on behalf of the buyer at various stages of production working hand in hand with the Quality Assurance Team for timely and quality execution of the Order etc. Basically, an Order, once placed, is to be taken care of by the merchandiser at various stages of the order cycle – Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production. Product Analysis For each product specimen we receive from our buyers, BRANDTEX Corporation analyzes and identifies the most suitable sourcing site for the garment category which that particular specimen pertains to, ensuring a smooth production flow and timely shipping.  Inspection Services Our major responsibility is to ensure that the right product as per specifications is shipped at the right time. As we are committed to the buyer for the technical aspects/quality of the product that the supplier is to ship, we perform the following functions/inspections etc to ensure the same: Communication with the buyer on technical issues. Pre-Production approvals. Approvals at various stages of production.   Inspections at various stages of production: Fabric Quality Testing  In Line Check (ILC)  Initial Production Check (IPC) Mid Production Check (MPC) Final Random Inspection (FRI)
