1. Daily maintenance
Before operating the metal band saw, follow these steps to check:
1.1 Check the hydraulic oil gauge. Does the amount of hydraulic oil exceed the red line? When the hydraulic oil is below the L red line, the appropriate amount of 32 anti-wear hydraulic oil needs to be added.
1.2 Check that the coolant gauge exceeds the red line. When cooling water is below the L red line, you need to add the appropriate coolant.
1.3 Check whether the saw ingres strap is located between the left and right sawwheel wheeland and the front and rear tungsten steel guide;
1.4 Check that the wire brush is located at the root of the serrated teeth;
1.5, in the bed movable fixture rail add mechanical oil;
1.6。 Add mechanical oil to the rails of the feeding bed floating fixture.
2.Monthly maintenance
2.1。 The oil nozzle of the tension slider is filled with grease with a barrel of oil;
