Equipment: We have multi-axis CNC lathes, sleeve centers, and CNC milling machines optimized specifically for shaft manufacturing.

Machining specifications: Manufacturing tolerance up to ±0.01mm, with comprehensive spline cutting and threading capabilities, and the ability to coordinate surface heat treatment to meet high wear-resistant application requirements.

Quality control: The factory is equipped with coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and runout detection tools. We perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and provide full-size quality inspection reports and Certificate of Materials (COC) before shipment.

Logistics: Supports multiple global logistics delivery terms, including DDP.

We custom-produce various wear-resistant parts, including PTO power take-off shafts, drive shafts, and rotor shafts. Our products mainly serve the agricultural machinery sector (tractors, harvesters, seeders), as well as heavy equipment and industrial automation industries. We strictly process any material according to the customer's 2D/3D technical drawings.
