A single screw pump is a rotor volume pump that relies on screws and bushings engaged with each other to produce volume changes in the suction and discharge cavities to transport liquid. It is an internally engaged, closed screw pump consisting of a bushing (stalactine) with a double-headed spiral cavity and a single-head screw (rotor) engaged with it in the stalactical cavity. When the input shaft drives the rotor around the center of the prosthetical for planetary rotation through the universal joint, the syringe-rotor vice engages continuously to form a sealing cavity, which continuously acts as a uniform axial motion, transporting the conveying medium from the suction end through the syringe- rotor sub-transmission to the pressure out end, and inhaling the media in the closed cavity flows through the constation without being stirred and destroyed.
