The pc tube extrusion production line is used to make a variety of pc pipes and profiles, for led lamp, decorative pipe sections and electronic packaging tube using purpose.<br />

(1) Main extruder:<br />

The screw diameter workable is from 35~90mm, L/D is 28:1; Material is 38CrMnALA, with stainless steel heater, specially suitable for transparent material mixing production;<br />
<br />
(2) Extruding die:<br />
<br />
Vacuum shaping, to make various kinds of semi-round, round pipes and other profiles according to clients' requirements;<br />
<br />
(3) Vacuum calibration table:<br />
<br />
1.5-3m water tank, with 10 ways vacuum pipe, 10 ways water cooling, 3 dimensional adjustable frame;<br />
<br />
(4) Belt type haul off unit:<br />
<br />
Speed: 0-15m/min, frequency convertor for control;<br />
<br />
(5) Fully automatic cutter:<br />
<br />
Online cutting, the cutting length is adjustable, no need 2nd time precise cutting, precision 0.5mm, equipped with turn over pipe collection stand;<br />
<br />
