The Grupo Cruzeiro began the activities in 1967 in the central region of Brazil, in the city of Goiânia, capital of the Brazilian state of Goias. The company was built based on the entrepreneurial ideals of a young man who left the country’s north searching for a good opportunity and in the Brazilian Midwest, he visualized a great place to start. During the history, the company went through difficulties. In 1973 the company suffered a big fire, but even in the face of difficulties, the ideals of the young founder, Mr. Agripino Gomes de Sousa, remained alive. The company was totally rebuilt with even more strength and determination. Since the company’s beginning, to attend the clients and consumers with efficiency and produce with quality was always a goal. Now a days, we are a reference in the cosmetics and personal hygiene segments, besides we’re also act in other segments (sanitizing, packaging, food, metallurgical and tooling). Currently, Grupo Cruzeiro is occupying an area larger than 120.000m² and more than 25.000 m² building. In more than 50 years of history, the company gained a huge market experience.
