Unmanned crane control system for bulk materials

With PLC as the control core, automatic control is realized through 3D laser sensors, frequency converters, and various detection elements, monitoring and operation are realized through host computer management software, and communication with the workshop is realized through wireless communication equipment. The fully automatic control of slag scraping crane is realized, and the whole pond slag scraping is completed by the crane independently, without personnel involvement. When there are multiple vehicles and multiple slag pools, remote centralized and unified control can be realized.
Application scenarios such as: unmanned driving of garbage pond and slag pond, unmanned driving of sewage slag pond, unmanned driving of swirl well slag pond.

Remote control system for driving

It is composed of three parts: monitoring, control joystick + 5G network (AP) + overhead crane (including 5G (AP) equipment, PLC, high-definition camera, etc.). Through the technical transformation of the crane end, the 5G network is used to open up the communication link between the crane and the remote control system, so that the operator can complete the control of the crane in the comfort of the office.
