We are a company focused on developing new products and packaging solutions as a way to provide security and convenience to end-consumers of products from our Customers. Our market expansion is also due to the purchase history of technological excellence companies like American Plast, Printer Paranaense, Itap, Clave Plast, Itaipava and more recently, Huhtamaki Hard and Alcan Packaging. In January 2005 the Dixie Toga had its controlling interest acquired by Bemis, the largest flexible packaging U.S. with over 150 years of experience, about 20 thousand employees and global presence with manufacturing facilities in the Americas, Europe and Asia. This acquisition further strengthened our vocation in new product development by incorporating excellent technology Bemis barrier in films for the food market. Far beyond just packaging converters, we are a company dedicated to the development of strategic materials, an authentic "Company Material Science".
