APPLICATION<br />
Aerators are equipment to oxygenate the effluent in order to oxidize organic matter, providing favorable conditions for the growth of microorganisms, besides promoting an effective sludge mixing, avoiding sedimentation points. It is an efficient means to promote aeration of liquid masses, realized in nature by the action of the wind, rapids, waterfalls, etc.<br />

ECOSAN has developed the High Rotation Surface Aerator and is proud to be the pioneer in this system. PROPULSAIR is a rapid downflow aerator and has been developed to provide high oxygen transfer rate with an effective blend of all liquid mass, ensuring that the solids remain in suspension without dispersing effluent aerosols into the atmosphere. It is an equipment that works in reverse of the conventional fast flow surface aerators.<br />

DESCRIPTION<br />
It is composed of an electric motor connected to a tubular shaft, with a propeller propeller at its end, mounted on a floating, kept in working position by cables of fixation. In operation, the propellant propeller submerged in the liquid mass develops a vacuum (vacuum) that induces an air flow into the liquid at high speed through holes located in the tubular axis, above the liquid level and close to the engine. PROPULSAIR ARPP is a derivative of the ARP model, offering savings on acquisition. Oxygen transfer = 1.2 kg.O2 / cv.h at ambient temperature and at sea level. <br />
