The EMIT BRASIL acts as importer/Trading offering favorable financial benefit through the system FUNDAP (Development Fund of Port Activities), in the State of Espírito Santo.<br><br>This importation process under encouraged regime reduces operating costs for our customers and can run with two modes: Account and Order of Third Parties, in which we import but leave to the customer the merchandise property and responsibility of negotiation and payments; and Purchase and Sales by Order, in which we incorporate the three-step process. In both cases, tax planning and logistical operations are our job.<br><br>It is part of our services scope: custom clearance, operational and tax advice, advice on the tax classification, structuring and coordination of operations, transfer of expertise in import-related procedures, issuance of import licensing and monitoring with the competent organs, foreign exchange, monitoring and settlement, storage, movement in primary and secondary area, contracting and consultancy in international freight quotes, management of outsourced services, follow-up of ongoing processes through Customer Service, logistics monitoring of the entire door-to-door process, feasibility studies of imports, studies and planning of regimes and special custom operations (such as temporary admission, warehousing, among others).<br>
