Description
Automated technological extrusion lines FARTROUVEN MLSC for the production of multilayer composite pipes with high delamination resistance (PE-RT/Al/PE-RT).
To increase the strength of the connection between layers of plastic and metal, a unique technology of plasma modification of the surface of the aluminum layer is used.
Composite pipes produced using equipment in this series are characterized by high resistance to delamination, strength and durability. MLSC composite pipes are connected with inexpensive polymer fittings by welding.
Thanks to the new extrapolation technology for stabilizing the extruder, high accuracy of the geometric dimensions of the pipes is achieved.
