We make cocoa paste with fine cocoa aroma or ccn51, we work with the Universal Lloveras machine that allows us to give it a very good microning for the direct work of a chocolatier.
We have containers from 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 500 gr in the form of coins and 1, 3 and 5 kilos in cube shape, as well as bulk in boxes of 30 kilos. We have capacity to offer 8 tons of cocoa paste per month.
