Die casting is a metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. The mold cavity is created using two hardened tool steel dies which have been machined into shape and work similarly to an injection mold during the process. Capability we can do is as below:
A) Small, medium and large size, inject pressure range from 88T-800T.
B) The material: Zinc alloy(Zamak 3# 5#...etc), aluminium alloy(ADC12, A380 etc) are available
C) The surface treatment: liquid painting, powder coating, plating, chromate etc are available.
D) In house tooling design and fabrication, tooling modification, engineering service and maintenance.
E) Products are usually applied in network communication,medical,and automobile industry.
