岩棉制品是以岩石，矿渣为主要原料,经高温熔融,由高速离心设备制成无机纤维后,再加入特制粘结剂和防尘油经摆动带铺毡并通过特制设备改变纤维排列结构,最后经固化定型而制成的新型轻质保温材料.根据不同用途可加工成岩棉板,岩棉缝毡,岩棉管壳等制品。
岩棉的最高使用温度高最高为600摄氏度左右
