Resin-impregnated graphite:
Resin-impregnated graphite involves the use of synthetic resins, mainly phenolic or epoxy, to saturate graphite. This process fills in surface defects and internal pores. Subsequently, the resin is cured and heat-treated. This treatment maintains the mechanical strength and thermal conductivity of graphite, but results in a decrease in thermal conductivity and a decrease in the coefficient of linear expansion. Resin-impregnated graphite is cost-effective and suitable for large-scale production. It is used in equipment such as automotive cooling water pumps and seals for low-load household appliances.
Copper Graphite Material:
Copper-graphite material is a unique self-lubricating material that can be selected according to specific uses and conditions. It has high load capacity, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, and excellent self-lubricating performance. This type of material is particularly suitable for applications involving overloads, low-speed operation, reciprocating or oscillating motion, situations where lubrication is difficult, and environments that are susceptible to water and acid attack. Copper and graphite materials are widely used in metallurgical continuous casting machines, steel rolling equipment, mining machinery, ships, steam turbines, water turbines, injection molding machines, production line equipment and other industries.
Antimony graphite:
Antimony graphite is a special self-lubricating and anti-friction material. It can operate effectively in extreme temperatures ranging from up to 500°C to as low as -253°C. It is suitable for high-speed applications up to 20,000 RPM, high-pressure environments up to 10 MPa, and conditions involving high-viscosity fluids such as water, oil, and kerosene. It is important to note that antimony is insoluble in water, hydrochloric acid, or strong alkaline solutions. When subjected to greater loads and higher speeds, antimony in antimony graphite exhibits a rare condition of melting caused by friction with steel. Therefore, antimony graphite materials can also be used in water, hydrochloric acid, strong alkali solutions and other media. The leaching of antimony graphite materials can include materials such as silicon carbide, tungsten carbide or stainless steel.
