1 hydraulic filter element is used to filter particles and rubber impurities in the hydraulic system to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. During refueling, the hydraulic oil must be filtered, and the refueling tools should be clean and reliable. The filter at the hydraulic tank filler cannot be removed to increase fuel filling speed. Refueling personnel shall use clean gloves and work clothes.
2. Ensure that the hydraulic oil will not be used under high temperature; Oil will oxidize and deteriorate rapidly at high temperature; The air filter on the hydraulic station shall use a filter capable of filtering particles and moisture; It is sold on the market;
3 the cleaning oil of the hydraulic system must use the hydraulic oil of the same brand as the system used, and the oil temperature is between 45 ~ 80 ℃. Use large flow to remove impurities in the system as much as possible. The hydraulic system shall be cleaned repeatedly for more than three times. After each cleaning, when the oil is hot, all hydraulic systems will be discharged from the system. After cleaning, clean the filter again, replace the filter element and add new engine oil.
Supplementary note: the filter element was originally a consumable and usually needs to be replaced immediately after it is blocked. Pay attention to flushing the system oil tank and pipeline. When refueling, use the refueling device with filter. Do not let the oil in the tank come into direct contact with air. Do not mix new oil with old oil. It helps to prolong the service life of the filter element.
Maintenance items
1 before replacement, drain the original liquid pressure oil, and check whether the oil return filter element, suction filter element and pilot filter element have iron filings, copper filings and other impurities. If a hydraulic component fails, clean the system after troubleshooting.
2 when replacing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filter elements (oil return filter element, oil suction filter element and pilot filter element) must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to not replacing.
3 identify the hydraulic oil label. Hydraulic oils with different labels and brands should not be mixed, which may react and deteriorate to produce flocs. It is recommended that the excavator use the specified oil.
4 the oil suction filter element must be installed before refueling. The nozzle covered by the suction filter element leads directly to the main pump. The entry of impurities will accelerate the wear of the main pump. If the pump is heavy, the pump will be used.
5 add oil to the standard position. There is usually an oil level gauge on the hydraulic oil tank. Please check the oil level gauge. Pay attention to the parking mode. Generally, all cylinders are retracted, that is, the forearm and bucket are fully extended and dropped.
6 after refueling, pay attention to the exhaust of the main pump, otherwise the whole vehicle will not move temporarily, the main pump will produce abnormal noise (air sonic boom), and the main pump will be damaged by cavitation. The method of venting is to loosen the pipe joint on the top of the main pump directly, and then fill it directly.
