Forming system of this pulp molding production line<br />
Consist of 1 pc of forming platen and 1pc of transfering platen. Platen size:1600*400mm. 4sets of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on forming platen(5pcs/cycle). Forming efficiency :5-6cycles/min;equiped with vacuum auto drain system,auto cleaning system for the forming moldand auto control cabinet.<br />

Drying system of the egg tray machine<br />
Outline dimension：20080×2650×3600mm;single layer conveying chian; heated by section; multi burners;the temperature of each section can be adjusted independently; burners with French or Italian brand.The enery for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil.  Equiped with auto control cabinet.<br />

The finsihed products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.<br />
