Product Overview:

This product is a UV printing machine ink, specifically designed for UV printing line coating development, suitable for various substrates such as paper, cardboard, and film. Widely applicable for high-grade gift boxes, fine packaging prints, product samples, packaging colors, hand-held bags, book covers, etc. After UV printing ink coating, it quickly solidifies under ultraviolet light, forming a layer of high gloss, high hardness, and durable protective film, which can enhance the color saturation and brightness of printed products, while also providing effective protection against abrasion, pollution, and chemical corrosion. This product is suitable for UV printing machine coating mode, and operates in sync with the printing color group, resulting in high production efficiency.

Core Advantages:

High gloss level: The solidified surface gloss can reach above 85° (60° gloss level), showing enhanced ink color saturation and visual effects, providing a high-grade feel for gift box printing, while reducing the cost.

Attached Power Advantages: For metalized paper, white cardboard, gray bottom white paper, special paper, UV oil-based and water-based inks, all have excellent attached power, solidified after no explosion, no falling off, and no yellowing.

Fast UV solidification: Under UV lamp (≤80W/cm), solidification occurs within seconds, with machine speed supporting 80-200 meters/minute, no need for additional heating, energy-efficient, and not prone to errors after the process.

High hardness resistance: The solidified film hardness is high (≥2H pencil hardness), resisting scratches, resisting peeling, and having effective protective ink in the back-end mode, not suffering damage during transport and use.

Good durability: Solidified film has good yellowing resistance, anti-aging, long-term preservation of color stability, suitable for high-grade gift packaging with long-term storage requirements.

Flow performance: The flow performance of the ink is excellent, with no floating skin, no filament, full version or department on the surface can achieve uniform gloss high gloss surface.

Environmental Safety: No harmful substances, does not contain resin, solvent, pigment, etc., complies with RoHS, REACH, and VOCs environmental protection regulations, suitable for high-end printing products in the export market.

Convenient Operation: Directly installed on the printing machine group, the last unit or dedicated upper light unit, and completed upper light with printing synchronization, no need for separate light machine, saving labor and site.
