Conveyor rollers are an important part of the belt conveyor and the idler is used to support the belt and material to ensure a stable operation of the belt. We offer a variety of conveyor rollers, with a solid, small vibration, long service life advantages.
1. The company uses special fine-welded steel pipe as idler. The roundness is controlled within a special tolerance range.
2. The axle conforms to the standard tolerance and is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel.
3. The housing is made with imported cold-tie steel after many stampings.
4. The idler case and bearing box have been welded together by automatic welding machine.
5. Bearings are large radial clearance, deep ditch balls, double sealed bearings.
It gives the idler an ideal static and dynamic balance.
The company has completed special designs and a variety of labyrinthine seals (JRC, CEMA, DTII, TK...) )。
