They are provided from our own foundry, specialized in high exigency and precision pieces, where the high resistance molds guarantee minimal dimensional and wheigh dimension, supported by constant monitoring from the laboratory that does inspections and register each lot with characteristics such as chemical composition, microstructure and hardness. Our fused gears have higher hardness in the wear area (notched), receive a unique calibration procedure which ensures perfect fit and operation at 100% of the parts which together guarantee the electrostatic finishing pieces with perfect visual termination and high resistance to oxidation.
