Inspection in pre-production (IPP)



Check that your supplier has sufficient technical readiness, resources, and equipment as well as compliance with the technical and legal requirements of the country of origin and destination market. Review of labelling and packaging.



We include additional controls on components, materials, quantity and quality of the raw materials employed, the early detection of potential hazards with the support of one independent laboratory service for a correct evaluation of the factory and the production from an outside perspective.



Inspection during production (IDP)



The purpose of an inspection during production is the same content as the inspection first batch, but during the whole process of production:



Compliance with the programming and the agreed times.

The control's appearance, labelling, packaging, dimensions and weights.

The early detection of risks and offsets, measures.

The implementation and management of quality control internal.



Inspection to first batch (IPL)



The purpose of a first inspection of lots, or initial quality inspection, is check the initial agreed or contracted fulfillment.



Checking of the content, quality and quantity of the first batch.

Verification of the specifications and requirements of the sample and of the terms approved by the client.



Inspection of cargo containers (ICC)



The purpose of the inspection of cargo containers is to minimize surprises. Our trained inspectors can monitor the load and be sure of its content:



Verification of the amount.

Check the list of shipping compared to the load.

Conditions of the container inside and out.

Checking the quality of cardboard boxes.
