Bag filter, also known as filter dust collector, is a dry high-efficiency dust collector, which is a dust removal device that uses a bag filter element made of fiber weaving to capture solid particles in dust-containing gases. Its principle of action is that dust particles are intercepted due to inertial force collision with fibers when winding the filter cloth fibers. In pulse and gas box type pulse dust collectors, the dust is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag. When the dust-containing gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the inside of the filter bag through the filter material. The cage inside the bag is used to support the bag and prevent it from collapsing, while it helps to remove and redistribute the dust cake. Then by pulse spraying, the dust falls into the ash hopper under the influence of gravity.

(5) When using glass fiber, PTFE, P84, ceramic fiber pipe and other high-temperature resistant filter materials, it can operate under high temperature conditions above 600 °C.
(6) It is not sensitive to the characteristics of dust and is not affected by dust and resistance.
