Actuators with or without return by spring, for damper or valves, used for air handling, VAV housings, economizer units, airflow blinds and ventilation units. The actuator is fixed to the top of the valve body. It automatically controls the valve ball, which regulates the passage of fluids and allows the cooling or heating system to function the way it was designed.
