Powder coating manufacturing process:
Spraying method: using static electricity spraying, electric pressure 60KV-80KV (depending on the thickness, size and coating thickness requirements of the workpiece).
Solidification conditions: 210-220°C/15min-20min.
Storage:
This product should be stored in a ventilated, shaded, dry environment (environmental temperature < 30°C) with the best storage stability, and the shelf life is 6 months. Exceeding the quality period requires re-inspection, and can be used after passing.
