The license agreement was expried in April 2000 and thus Kulthorn Universal Electric Co.,Ltd. become the Thai company in the year of April 15,2000 after MagneTek sold its shares in Kulthorn Universal Electric Co.,Ltd. to Kulthorn International Co.,Ltd.
