In the production of spray dried instant coffee, the coffee extract is dehydrated in a 'spray dryer', where it is atomized in a chamber. The contact with hot air causes the evaporation of water, resulting, in the end, in instant coffee powder.

This product can be used for the following applications:

• Desserts/Ice Creams/Candies

• Cappuccino
