Summary
Bag Filter housing is a pressure type filtration system which mainly consists of housing, cover, quick-open mechanism and stainless steel filter bags fixing basket. The fluids flow from the inlet nozzle on the filter housing side into required fineness class filter bags which are supported by the basket, thereby getting clean and qualified fluids, and all impurity particles are blocked in the bags.
The filtration method adopted by bag filter housings is side-in and side-out, and side-in and bottom-out method can also be adopted. The fluids can be pressed-in and drawn-in housings by pressure from pipes, then filtered by bags which are supported by electropolished and punch perforated basket. This is a solid to liquid separation system.
