Shipping terms
• Cost Insurance and Freight (CIF).
• Any Safe World Port (ASWP). Shipping toun safe ports possible against anaddition al fee.
Delivery time
• Loading of first shipment 30-45 day safter full operative payment instrument. Small quantities will befaster.
• Shipping time will dependon port of destination, but will typicallybe 10-25 days.

Payment Terms
• BG, BG forone-month value or more confirmed by top 50 bank.
• PB 2% of month lyvalue (also appliesif the SBLC is for more the none month).
• TT (MT103) payment of invoiced value against shipping docs and SGS at port of loading.
Discount available against SBLC/BG for shipping more the one month value.



Procedure (not for negotiation)
• Buyer issues LOI/ICPO + BCL or bank end or send LOI/ICPO
• Seller issues FCO and/or Draft Contract for amend ments
• Buyer signs and seals contract
• Seller returns signed and sealed contract
• Buyer’s bank issues preadvice BG
• Seller’sbank issues PB 2% and full PoP to activate BG
• Buyer’s bank issues full operational BG
• SGS inspects the shipmentat the port of loading;
• Vessel is loaded• Sellers ends invoice, shipping documents and SGS certificates to buyer
• Buyers ends payment by TT or MT103 to Seller’s bank
• Vessel arrivesat port of discharge
