A completely artisanal product, with an extremely light dough and a super crunchy exterior, vegan, and free of lactose and gluten. It is a traditional snack made from a dough of black-eyed peas, onion, and salt, fried exclusively in palm oil. It can be consumed plain or cut in half and filled with delights such as *vatapá*, *caruru*, dried shrimp, and vinaigrette. Sold pre-fried and frozen.
