I write to introduce to you a new RI 1.499 “TOM-1000, Tom-1500 and TOM-2000 ADC monomer” and its manufacturer “Wuhan Chun Ling Technology Co., Ltd., who’s also concerned in saving the environments by introducing a process and procedures that reduces related carbon and carbon foot-print. It’s the “Transesterification method” of producing ADC monomer instead of the usual “Phosgene method”.
Wuhan Chun Ling Technology Co., Ltd., <> is located in Wuhan/Hubei near to the Yangzi River. It is one of the sister subsidiaries of (DongGuan) Topship Chemical Co., Ltd., <> under the New Century Group in PRC.
The advantage and productivities of “Transesterification method” of producing “TOM-1000, TOM-1500 and TOM-2000 ADC monomer” allows improvements with various costs and reasons why the prices can be far better match with other manufacturers.
Further advantages of the products have a lower shrinkage value, a good 2% reductions from the usual 14% shrinkage. This alone will improve and reduces physical stress on the casting gaskets and or tapes that can translated into improvements in production yields. Lower pre-release and lens cracks, just to name a few.
