Paper Creasers are used to avoid the cracking of the toner along the fold line when digitally printed documents, brochures, menus or any other digital print is folded.  Creasing, which is very different from folding or scoring, uses a pressure bar that runs the complete length of the print.  This pressure bar pushes the toner deeper into the paper fibers and also creates a hinge effect that reduces the stress of folding on the paper fibers.<br />

The CR828 Semi-Automatic Paper Creaser has a practical productivity rate of 300 sheets per hour.  The CR828 can be operated using either push button or foot pedal activation.  The motor of the CR818 can run on either 115v or 220v power and the unit features automatic jam detection.  Durable all steel constuction for years of use.  Creases sheets up to 14" x 18".
