Heating Unit:<br />
Three Equidistant spaced Heating Units mounted on rigid movable MS Platen on four no’s chrome plated Tie rods. Forward and backward movement actuated pneumatically through PLC.<br />
Heating through Bi-Insulated ceramic band type Heater.<br />
Heating Load – 3.0 KW, ( 3X1.0Kw ).<br />
PID Type temperature controllers provided.<br />
Pipe transfer to Socketing Unit actuated by Servo actuated Indexing mechanism in the 6-station Rotary Arm plates mounted to the machine “A” structure.<br />

Socketing Unit:<br />
Socketing Unit is mounted on retractable Moving plate assembly well guided through 4 no’s chrome plated Tie rods on rigid MS Frame. Forward and Backward movement effected pneumatically. Cooling by means of Air jet routed miniature pores provided on the cooling jacket plate on the external wall surface and by means of routed water circulatory line in the Punches on the inner wall surface.<br />

Indexing Unit:<br />
Mounted on rigid MS Frame plate structure specifically on the rear end of the Machine Back plate which is an assembly of the rotary shaft coupled to the Pillow Bearings on the “A” structure. The indexing mechanism facilitates for the circular motion path of the pipe after receiving from the tilting table, i.e. from Entry station >> Heating station >> Socketing station >> Ejection side in a continuous cycle. This is achieved by means of a Servo motor controlled by Servo Drive. The cycle is actuated by means of a sensor in the tilting table which senses the cut pipe and initiates the Indexing cycle.<br />

Control Panel:<br />
All functions work thru synchronized integration of PLC, Servo Motor, Servo Drive, HMI On/Off switches, MCBs, Temperature Controllers, Emergency Stops etc provided. The panel is machine mounted within the Frame structure.<br />
