MELTZ HIDROMEL

Mead is a fermented drink made from honey, very similar to wine, but with honey in place of the grape. Often the product is called honey wine.

Our drink has 12% alcohol content served in 750ml bottles. The mead marketed by MELTZ follows the Traditional line, because we use honey as the only raw material as a source of sugar for fermentation.
Citrus yellow in colour, with reflections pulled to the gold, meltz's look is inspired by minimalism and essence. The aromas that stand out are the floral notes with citrus fruits tending to the tropical. The perception is of a product dry to the palate, it is well balanced by the alcohol content. Meltz's aromatic complexity is the result of a unique blend of honey.
