The Torque and Tension Determiner DTT-A is a piece of equipment designed and developed by METALAC to measure the axial force, the application torque, the head / nut torque, the thread torque, the rotation angle and the stretching. <br><br>The information collected can be used at the inspection / quality control as well as in studies and research on fasteners. The data presentation is made through the tables and/or real time charts.<br><br>Characteristics<br>◦Data acquisition system by computer with a motor precise control; <br>◦Tension Strength Measurement range of 60 KN to 250KM; <br>◦Torque measurement range of 10 Nm to 1200 Nm; <br>◦Programmable rotation of 0,8 to 100 rpm; <br>◦Direct calculation of thread friction coefficients (μG), under the head (μK), average (μGes), K Factor and Yield point; <br>◦Analysis and superficial treatment comparison on fixation.
