VERTICAL LINE

Vertical Pumps with 100% recessed VORTEX type impellers, suitable for pumping liquids with large amounts of suspended solids.

Due to its non-threaded and holeless design, it allows construction in abrasion resistant NI HARD and CA40 hardened materials.

Applications:

• Length of up to 3 meters of axis;
• Flow from 5 to 1500m³/h;
• Also applicable to RF, RV, RSV, RA, RT, RH models;
• Easy to install always flooded.

RV-RSV LINE

The line of pumps with Semi Vortex Impeller and Helical Open Impeller is indicated for pumping liquids with suspended solids, dense liquids and dissolved gas.

Both lines have recessed impeller and do not have tight gaps, minimizing the effect of eventual wear. The impeller with rear vanes prevents shaft sleeve wear and the split packing gland allows to reduce shaft length, eliminating breakage and vibrations.

In sugar and alcohol plants they are ideal for rotary sieving, soaking and fermentation.

The possibility of using either type of impeller in the same pump makes it possible to select the best option for each pumping case.

Applications:

• Only a part of the flow passes through the impeller, reducing wear and allowing solids of the same dimensions as the outlet mouth to pass through.
• The construction with slots in the flanges, instead of holes, allows the use of hardened materials such as NI-HARD, CA40, etc.
• Flows from 5 to 700m³/h.
• Vertical and horizontal construction.
• In the RSV line (Semi Vortex Impeller) the impeller enters 60% inside the housing, increasing the efficiency of 5 to 10%.
• Both have impellers with rear vanes.

RF HT LINE

Pump with a specific design to work with liquids at high temperature (up to 350 ºC), construction with a front bushing in special coal, simple mechanical seal and bearing only in the rear part where the temperature is lower.

Applications:

• Volute, impeller and volute cover made of CA-15, material suitable for high temperatures.
• Feet on the center line, to avoid deformations and cracks in the pump body.
• Capacity: Up to 1,000 m³/h
• Note: For temperatures above 350ºC, water cooling;;
• Thermal Oil and Thermal Fluid in general

RF LINE

RF (CLOSED IMPELLER) line of centrifugal pumps for chemical processes and medium duty is manufactured with the traditional MULTISTEEL quality, especially for pumping aggressive products.

Built in various materials such as STAINLESS STEEL, CAST IRON, NI HARD, CA40, CA6NM among others. The RF line pumps find their best application in the following sectors:

BPDS LINE

Centerline feet for greater stability and less vibration

Replaceable packing chamber, independent of the pump body.

Bearing-aligned seal chamber allows mounting of bearings, mechanical seals, shaft and impeller outside the pump.

Impeller with non-coinciding blades, whenever necessary.

Applications:

• Capacity up to 6,000 m³/h
• Supported on the centerline for greater stability and less vibration, BPDS pumps have a replaceable packing chamber independent of the pump body.
• The seal chamber aligned with the bearing allows the assembly of bearings, mechanical seals, shaft and impeller, outside the pump.
• Rotor with non-coinciding blades, whenever necessary.

RA-RT LINE

Pump built with two-channel impeller and rear vanes.

Exchangeable wear plate.

Possibility of using open or tubular valves in the same pump.

Capacity: flow rate up to 350m³/h (RA pump) | flow rate up to 300m³/h (RT Pump)

RSA LINE

It has micrometric adjustment of impeller clearance with front plate.

Multisteel's RSA-RA-RT line pumps pump up to 2000m³/h with pressure up to 140mcA.

Its construction is made in accordance with ANSI B 73.1 and its dimensions are in accordance with ISO 2858 and DIN 24256.

CF8, CF8M, CA40, Ni-Hard, Hastelloy and Titanium are some of the materials that can be used for its manufacture.
